That is a great idea for an antenna. I understand there is no tuning capacitor but i can't quite see how you have connected the various components. Is the tesla coil separate and inductively coupled ? Are the ends of the coil stack left open/ unconnected ? I would love to give your design a try. Thanks.

@@QRQcw Thanks for your reply. I will be giving this a try. I suppose the advantage is that you can experiment with one, two or three coils b adding them in series. It could be seen as a transformer secondary winding which is coupling with the ether or aether.

I have run this on my Tandy 1000 which has an 8088. It works but seemed noticeably slow. Maybe I should check that I set the CPU setting to slow. I used a AEA CP-1 as the interface. Lately I have been using CWTERM on a 386 with a CP-1 to practice CW. It works quite well on that level of PC. VE7ZWF

Any video on how to make your own microcurrent device (for internal organ regeneration)? Your channel seems very interesting. No BS, just technical info.
@QRQcw

asking chatGPT your question: There have been studies on both microcurrent and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy exploring their regenerative potential, but when it comes to organ regeneration inside the human body (excluding the liver), the scientific evidence is limited and mixed. Microcurrent Therapy: Microcurrent therapy has been studied for its ability to enhance wound healing and tissue regeneration, including skin, muscle, and nerve tissues, but its use in internal organ regeneration is less well-researched. Some promising results have been observed in animal models or cell studies, particularly in: Cardiovascular repair: Some animal studies have suggested that microcurrent could support heart tissue healing after a heart attack. Kidney function: There are a few exploratory studies on its role in improving kidney function, but not direct regeneration of kidney tissue. However, for human clinical trials that are randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or double-blind studies focusing on organ regeneration, evidence is very scarce or non-existent at this time. PEMF Therapy: PEMF has shown promise in various tissue healing applications, but again, research focused specifically on internal organ regeneration is rare. Most of the RCTs or double-blind studies on PEMF have focused on: Bone regeneration: One of the best-studied areas with significant evidence supporting PEMF’s ability to help bone healing and regeneration, particularly after fractures. Nerve repair: Some studies have suggested PEMF can help with nerve regeneration and repair in conditions such as neuropathy. Heart and kidney studies: A few studies in animal models suggest that PEMF might support heart muscle recovery post-myocardial infarction and kidney function, but there is little robust human evidence supporting regeneration of these organs. Specific RCTs/Double-Blind Studies: Kidney Studies: There have been small studies evaluating PEMF’s ability to improve kidney function in chronic kidney disease, though these studies tend to focus more on function preservation than direct tissue regeneration. Cardiac Studies: Some research has explored the potential of PEMF for cardiac recovery post-heart attack, showing modest improvements in cardiac function rather than outright regeneration of heart tissue. Overall Limitations: Most of the high-quality human clinical trials (double-blind, placebo-controlled) are related to bone and soft tissue healing, not organ regeneration. The mechanisms through which PEMF and microcurrent therapy might influence cellular processes suggest potential benefits for cellular repair and tissue healing, but evidence for internal organ regeneration, excluding liver, is lacking at present. It seems further research is required to establish the efficacy of microcurrent or PEMF therapy for internal organ regeneration in humans, especially via large-scale RCTs.

What a brilliant video! I have been brainstorming for a while about how to build a remote setup for sending CW. Starting from scratch with custom software would certainly be a big undertaking. This is a brilliant way to do it. I have that fully digested it. I think that maybe the side tone comes from the remote station sending the audio back to you. I would be worried about the delay with CW. Maybe you're using the local side tone at your local station instead of the remote one at the rig.
@QRQcw
@QRQcw 3 ай бұрын
depends on if the remote setup is local(LAN) or off site(WAN)... if on LAN, and LAN ethernet setup is well suited for ultra low latency, some delay can be tolerated(a matter of remote and RIG's PC sound card sample rate & buffer frames... etc)(can tolerate & get used to iambic keying with delays up to length of single dit element)... and up to 100 to 200 ms of delay to hear sidetone is not really a monster issue if using a cw keyboard....however, on either case, if you prefer immediate, absolute zero delay, it is easy to block the RIG's transmit sidetone and only listen to a local sidetone you setup in software on the same pc(or just listen to your KEYER's OWN sidetone, if in software , by using a ducking app like DUCKA or REAPER's REGATE(in sidechain ducking mode) it will silence the RIG's audio to remote site and you only hear your local software sidetone....there are many more examples of low latency remote RIG'n remote audio, in this channel if you do a search for remote rig etc...

might depend on the ability of your other end's SDR ELF/VLF receiver to dig out the ELF/VLF transmitter's signal...the sound card SDR software programs can easily convert normal ELF/VLF cw signals back into normal audio CW audio tones ie Quisk SDR james.ahlstrom.name/quisk/docs.html

I paused when he spoke about the incident of the waman washing the feet of Jesus. Translators should not be allowed to interpret. In Luke 7:44-48, How does the woman know she is forgiven and and show much love by washing His feet? Jesus forgave her sins AFTER she showed much love by washing His feet. This does not mean she earned her forgiveness.

would be best to always use ETHERNET for both devices, for lowest latency...in this example, to test the pi as a 5g wifi av receiver, the pi is using its own internal 5g wifi adapter, and receives AV over 5g wifi from the mac mini, which is ethernet connected to the same network as the pi through a network switch...the latency of the pi 5g av over wifi receiver is good enough for good enough audio lip sync timing with the video
