Cracked head gasket. Grab some blue devil head gasket sealer. Follow the steps. Problem solved

Could b your catalytic converter. Those usually get pretty hot when they are going out

Clean reservoir tank and bypass the heater core hoses by the thermostat and issue solved. Check the oil and make sure no water is in it. If there is water or antifreeze then head gasket needs replacement.

Make sure you did not put the thermostat in backwards sometimes they do sell faulty thermostats

We drilled holes in the thermostat, it ended up being a blockage in the coolant reservoir at the bottom hose. It was full of dirt a debris causing a flow problem.
