Oddly, they do have SPECIAL attributes and coding for Super Mutant voice lines. But are lacking AI and Animations so they just lay there. Hitting them causes the game to crash due the game basically not knowing what to do.

@@AlternativeAlt Indeed, according to canon after he killed Mary he put her body in the car and embarked to SH to commit suicide but during the trip he had a mental breakdown which made him believed that Mary died 3 years ago for the illness and of course the letter which was just a mere illusion created by his mind.
