Ive been taking Wellbutrin for a few weeks for depression and anxiety from severe trauma. I'm a Christian too and taking medications scares me because I'm afraid it means I'm not trusting God and that it night permanently change or damage me. I have read scary stories from other people. I stopped taking it for a day and a half and had really bad brain zaps and weakness so i took it again and feel a lot better but i don't want to be on it forever. How are you doing now? Thank you for sharing your story

On day 4 now and it’s the first day in a long time I actually got out of bed early and didn’t wait until the last minute to get up. Had some annoying symptoms like headaches and stomach issues the first three days, but today is the first day I’m genuinely feeling better.

For the dietary tips, ALWAYS eat a meal in this order ALWAYS Vegetables 1st ( if you're having vegetables) Protein and fats 2nd (preferably healthy fats) Starches carbohydrates LAST , ALWAYS last Id having a dessert do it after the entire meal All of this will slow down insulin spikes in which causes the body to store fat . If you can be consistent with this your body composition will change . Stay well

I can relate with you so much here. In 2024… I met the love of my life who’s now my husband. We got married quick. Moving away from family and close friends was an adjustment. Commuting to work, going to therapy, and exercise my faith all at the same time. Started taking the medication and I’m on day 1. Hoping to see where it goes God willing ✨🫶🏽

Thanks for the quick reply! Good to know. My only concern about my car is that it's a CVT and some people out there say I should change out the CVT fluid every 30,000 miles..others say it's not required. I have a little PTSD with transmissions..had to replace my Subaru Forrester's transmission....it cost a fortune and it still had problems that's when I bought the Spark! Had the Subaru for 8 years it was having major problems at the end..that's why I'm so happy with my Spark..I can drive with no worries of it breaking down. I live in the mountains...😊😎

Love that you spoke on this 🥰 I’m starting on Wellbutrin 300 xl and have been scared. I used to take trazodone about 12 years ago. Was under 18 so parents chose to take me off. I tried everything and still don’t feel like myself. In a way I feel like a shell just looking in. It was so bad I didn’t want to go to the store or work. Switched all my classes online because I would start panicking at the thought of going to campus. So decided that I need the extra help. This video helped me relax a bit so I can see it’s probably not that bad.

My doctor talked about putting me on this to help with weight loss. I was on it like 15 years ago for depression and it gave me headaches. The problem I have is I suffer with anxiety and worry the Wellbutrin might stress me out. How was this medicine for you...did it cause issues with sleep and anxiety? Thank you!

I didn't find any immediate issues with my sleep and anxiety. But I never changed mg. I would talk to your DR about something else if it gave you headaches! Hope you are well

I did VSG and started stress eating from grief and gain 30lbs. I went to my doctor and she prescribed Buproperin. I have zero appetite to the point where I do intermittent fasting. I also am driven to do more cleaning house chores. Journaling. I also work out more and I’m more focus. I no longer feel sad. My side effects are insomnia

It’s helped me quite a bit. 47yr old male. Depression and ADD. 150mg on month 1. Some anxiety and headaches first two weeks. Tittinitus but not too loud. I want to try 300mg but Instead of the meds to fix all my problems, I’ll meet it half way.
