Hi, Recently I visited your KZbin channel. I discovered that your video needs to be optimized. Your content quality is good, but your video needs to do SEO(Search Engine Optimization) like (1. title optimization, 2. Description optimization, 3. Tag optimization 4. Keyword Research and optimization) to rank your videos on KZbin and get more views, subscribers, and reach. I will help you to grow your channel organically and bring more results. Please reply if you are interested or would like to know more about my service.

I like this approach on new year resolutions, so true what you said at the end, a more abstract and open approach can be helpful to stick with it, after all, the value a goal brings is what makes it important Hope you've had a great new year😊

Thank you so much for sharing all these great ideas (all your videos, not just this one). Your videos really resonate with me and stick with me in a way that others often don't. The way you pack so much value into a short video astounds me. These prompts are brilliant! I've already started working on them but had to come back to the comment section to thank you for the inspiration. One of the values I'm working on is "Simplicity" (I know it's not on the list but it sums up what I'm going for, I think), and your thoughtful (and thought provoking) videos are helping me. Thank you again!

Hi! I can't believe I found this so early! I just wanted to add that instead of a one-word 'theme' for 2025, a mantra or motto could also work! If you're like me and you can't condense everything into a single word but still want something small you can remind yourself and put on your vision board(s), an affirmation that encapsulates the ~vibe~ is also super helpful! Mine is "written and directed by me" since I'm a writer & director & actor (lol). I am tireddd of feeling like I'm at the mercy of whatever way the wind blows me, I'm really taking this year to focus on planning and preparing for my future. Hope that helps another wordy individual☺

Thanks so much for sharing your mantra of the year, love it! And I agree, like you said, if one-word feels too rigid or limited, a mantra or motto may work better for some!

"You shouldn't care what other people think of you!" Well, I don't care about that, but I do care what I think of me. I am my greatest enemy and I constantly try to push myself harder and harder out of fear, that otherwise I will become too dumb to be a worthy member of society. But no, I don't care about others. Great video

As someone who’s naturally more reserved I always thought and was told by others that I lacked confidence because I don’t show it much outwardly. I realized that my confidence manifests more quietly in the ways you mentioned: doing things even if I’m afraid, and feeling secure in myself and my abilities even if I don’t show it off all the time. Thank you for sharing your perspective! It’s one that often goes unacknowledged or is misunderstood :)

One thing I noticed when I used to browse 'deals' sites was my likeliness to buy things I didn't need. Avoiding ads where we can really helps too. Whether it's going to Amazon to buy things I need or to the grocery store, I write down what all the things I planned to buy without it being advertised to me. If an item is on the list and I need it or it's priced well, I might buy it. If it's not, I usually would not unless I would as you say see how it works into my life. I believe just like any other skill, this one can be practiced and improved.

Good video with helpful advice I haven't seen others talking about! It's kind of a hobby of mine to give tips to smaller channels. Just a couple pointers, I think the gain on your mic may be too high. I'd recommend lowering that, it's currently picking up more of the high frequencies and some small extra noises (better to raise the mic volume instead or raise it bit in editing) and I think you're clipping at some points (gain/volume too loud). You could also try moving the mic lower than it is and pointing the front of the mic towards your mouth, this would also be more visually appealing. That will soften the overall sound. Also, I'd recommend having a bit more of a distinction of lighting between you and your background by making the background a bit dimmer. Keep up the good content!
@making.katcha2 ай бұрын
Greatly appreciate your thoughtful advice. I have been noticing the audio inconsistencies with the mic. Unfortunately, there is no option to adjust the gain with the blue yeti nano. I have been playing around with the volume levels while editing but it's still noticeable. Thanks for the tips, I'll try them out!

I really enjoyed this video! I think part of it comes with growing up and realizing that it is actually to your detriment to play along with things when you are uncomfortable or don't agree with them. As much as I am sad that the people pleaser in me had to get uncomfortable and start confronting people, I am very proud of myself for being my best advocate. I keep reminding myself that no one knows your experience and you have the right just like everyone else to express your opinion. Great work!

I agree with this, and thank you, but one thing I'll add some nuance to is when you said something like "people pleasing does work because people like you when you please them"... The thing to clarify is that many people will respect you more if you're real with them, as long as you do so respectfully. Not to mention the fact that being the real you to people brings you that much closer to only being in the circles of people you truly click with..and like you later essentially said, engaging with those circles more deeply because the real you is always present when you're around them.
@making.katcha2 ай бұрын
Definitely. People pleasing may keep us safe in some ways but does not help with building true connections. Thanks for adding nuance to the conversation!
