I think the OPI color that represented Sprite looks like the color of the old Sprite bottles I remember from the 1970’s. I think that is what the polish color matches. I love that color. Great greens!

FYI, if they gave you the nitrous or other pain meds, then they would have to wait longer on the epidural. Too many pain meds at once could decrease the babies heart rate. Love you ❤️

I had the balloon catheter to induce labor for my first child. It was absolutely the most excruciating, painful experience I've ever been put through. I remember that pain more than the pain of the contractions. I ended up having a c section for both my kids so that is probably why I don't remember the contractions being that painful. I had the c sections before the contractions got to the point of excruciating pain. Congratulations though!

Oh my, that is quite the delivery experience!!! I know it’s all worth it in the end but, oh boy! Did you ever find out why the doctor decided to induce? I’ve never heard of that in a normal pregnancy. I’ve had many friends who have been induced and none of them had a good experience with it. Also, why didn’t you get meds you were asking for? My doctor always pre-approved meds for me so the nurses could offer them. I always got stuck at 9.5 centimetres too (for all 3 babies) and the nurses were able to give me something. My kids are all in their 30’s now so I forget what it was they gave me, but it worked every time. Baby was born 15 minutes later 😀 There might be excellent reasons for all the doctors decisions but I’m curious.... I agree- a good nurse who works with you makes all the difference ❤️ Congrats on having a healthy baby boy 😀

I have six kids, five totally natural and the last was a planned cesarian. I was so afraid of the labor pain that I refused a natural birth for my sixth kid 😅

Happy youre back😊. What a hard story. They didn't take good care of you. I am so sorry for you. In the Netherlands they gi for C section after one hour pushing. Because mum and baby are having such a hard time. I feel for you girl

I agree with the nurse as far as asking why you were being induced. I feel like doctors make more money so they set up inductions and c-sections for that reason. If you were not having any issues you should have been left alone to go into labor. Your body knows what to do. My first child was induced. I breathed through 12 hours of contractions with no pain meds and it ended in a c-section because his heart rate dropped. I then had 3 more c-sections for my other children. They should just leave us mommas alone and let nature take its course. I’m sorry for your bad experience!!

Congratulations on your new baby boy! I feel bad for all you women that have such difficult labor and deliveries. My three deliveries were so fast that I can't imagine long labor!. Bless you

Thanks for another honest video. Sorry your experience was tough, but you have a beautiful son now. My first birth at 19 was an induction because I was 8 days overdue. Pretty much everything went wrong and I ended up having a c-section. I was sad, but went on to have another planned c-section with my second son. My boys are both grown now so I love to hear others experiences.

So good to see you back! So sorry you had to go through all this! Your son is such a precious cute little guy. I had a planned C- section and when the doctors were putting everything back in after taking my son out, my blood pressure went down badly and I remember that my son was taking care of at my left and I could only turn my head to the right because turning left made me sick enough to throw out! So my son came into life hearing his mom repeating over and over I’m gonna throw out, I’m gonna throw out! 🤣 It made me so sad! We all have memories to tell but It’s all behind us now, the most important thing is that we have so much to be grateful for! Congrats again! 🤗

Congrats!!! My first was sunny side up and your pushing sounds just like mine. I had no epidural and I swear to you, if there was a revolver on the night stand I would have ended it. I was 20. Definitely traumatizing but I had another 22 months later with a wonderful epidural. Had a third too with the best epidural ever!!! So happy for you!

Hi Erin! It is so great to see you back and to hear that you and your family are all doing well! Wow that was some story! You are so brave to come on and tell us all of that! I am not a mother so I have no idea what giving birth is like, but I can imagine the pain and the fear. I suppose the only thing women need to cling to and to remember is that we were made to give birth and therefore we have to believe we can do it! The most pain I have ever felt was when I had a colonoscopy because like you, the sedative did not work on me, and I felt everything! That pain was horrific! But it so good to see you back! I love your nails by the way!! And you look great! Do you think you will be doing nail polish videos again? I have been binge watching all your old videos while you have been away :)
