@Shintodragon I went with another company that was selling them cant remember name but yeah the seal they sent was getting smashed and water wouldn't drain right had to always try to get it straight so to try and fix it. And it started to wear thur the paint

@@e36fanatics Glass Skinz had the 3M VHB tape pre-installed. If you are doing a different set of louvers I would get VHB 3M. Clean the surface with rubbing alcohol and make sure you are in the temperature application range between 68 and 104 Fahrenheit I know it has trouble sticking if it's too cold. You can also try a heat gun on super low or hair dryer to heat the surface before applying. 3M also sells some adhesion promoter

@Shintodragon yeah I cleaned the louvers with alcohol but the tape will not stick... Im really confused 🤔 the tape don't even feel sticky enough 🤷

@@e36fanatics oh man that's not good. Maybe order some VHB and adhesion. Not sure what brand of louvers you got but sometimes the China version provides knockoff/lower quality 3M. I guess you could use black adhesive silicone instead of tape for the install would just have to wait for it to try properly for probably a day

@@CCeja4209 I had not symptoms or any thing from the car. Based on the carfax from the previous owner changing rear tires twice.. I figured it had been driven harder than normal with burnouts so I should change the fluid. It's more of just preventative maintenance to hopefully avoid a bigger part failure down the road.

Do you have pictures of this? I'm curious how this could be prevented if you still do the mod.

That's exactly what happened to my shaker it even mess up the rubber gasket they send you. I took it off and put it back to factory. Don't recomend it to anybody

@@walteralvarado3640 the factory amplifier is under the driver side dash basically vertical under the parking brake pedal. You would want to add a line out convertor and a separate Amp in the trunk powered from the battery in the trunk. Previously I used the rear 6x9 to get the line out convertor signal to add an Amp and subwoofer.

Hemi's are port injection. Valves are self cleaning. Cams and heads get carbon?? what?? Are you selling catch cans???

Yeah I ended up using a couple of the small screws on the ends

I'm not sure what causes a catch can to fill faster. I experience the same thing at times.

It's called a heavy foot ! 😂 when you're on the throttle , the pressure built inside the crankcase is higher than when driving normally , so that oil goes thru the PVC valve which allows blow by oil to make it's way past the PVC valve into your oem intake hose before your throttle body , which in turn makes it's way past the throttle body into the intake valve and causes the valve to not open and close fully creating a misfire in the cylinder that can lead to bigger damage in the future. The more you're on it , the more frequent you need to drain the catch can. A good thing to do is put a check valve in the return line from the catch can to the air intake hose to prevent an overfilled catch can from getting to the throttle body , but still allow the air to recirculate.

Overfilled oil, bad pcv, abnormal ring blowby, short trips engine not up to temp along with high revs.

I personally just dispose of it. I guess you maybe could put it back in the engine. Never really asked anyone else just assume they dispose of it as well.

The oil caught inside the catch can is blown-by oil , blow-by oil has lost its viscosity and serves the engine no good in being put back in the motor. It can actually cause damage to the motor if you put it back , that's why the oil catch can was designed to get that bad oil from going back inside the motor.

Good call. I put my switch in the top left of the glove box on my narrow body. Now I have an RF remote switch on the widebody. We was done doing the install on this car for two full days so we kind of went with the easy option 🤣

Yeah the problem I had was with the little rectangle brackets connected to the plastic straps. If those don't get centered in the frame holder then the male pins won't push in. Took me a minute to understand why the weren't clipping back in

@@christerry9371 hard to explain without photos but the center hole of that clip is actuality what the trim piece plugs into. I had clipped it in once so that hole was not centered for the trim clip to go into so I had to slide that clip in further to get the hole centered if that makes sense

@Shintodragon I saw exactly what u were talking about the plastic pin that plugs into that center hole is bent on mine. Probably from me pressing against it when it wasn't centered will be on the look for another A pillar trim from a Junker just in case

You can use whichever brand you like that meets the manufacturer specs for the ZF rear diff. Some people prefer Valvoline or Royal Purple. Just have to make sure to add the limited slip lock additive if it does not contain any

The point is if your diff fluid is that dirty on a 2021, I don't want to be the next owner 😂😂😂

@@cwbuilds9215 no doubt. The original owner did a "few" burnouts according to the carfax new tire history 🤣 drove pretty hard I'm seeing.

Thanks for the comment. That's another good option. Some of the criminals have figured to just cut the steering wheel and slide the club through that cut. In the end the more barriers for them to go through the better chance of not getting it stolen.

Thanks for the comment. I basically moved one of the factory corner speakers to the center empty cavity and added wire tapping it into the passenger side power. This will make it so you have the two new kickers in the corners and the one factory speaker moved to the center. The alpine and standard systems do not come with the center dash speaker just the empty cavity for it.

@@caseylee0808 some companies like diode dynamics have a version with a warranty etc but in my opinion the cheap ones work well enough. I've had some start burning out in a year but $30 you can buy entire new sets every year for five years and still be less than some of the expensive versions.

@@Shintodragon I live in nyc there’s a guy in long island who installed it for me igla prevents them from starting the car you have to inter a PIN code even if the car is started by remote you can’t put the car in gear without putting in the pin plus I have drone mobile with tracking device

@@Markbabb awesome! I think there is an installer in Las Vegas which is about 7 hours from where I am in Utah. No installers in Utah yet, mainly just bigger cities which makes sense from a demand vs theft ratio

Thanks for the comment. I agree. My widebody has the HK system, it is clear at higher volume but does not go as loud. You could add a line out converter tapping to the rear and add a 3 channel amp to new 8 inch woofer and new 2-6x9s in the rear deck. I am going to do this soon in my charger and film it for the channel. Thanks for the comment. Moisture inside the headlight would indicate it is not sealed properly at some point. Sealing properly with butyl headlight sealant adhesive and using 100%silicone and a rubber grommet around the hole drilled for the wire harness will help seal the housing.

Awesome! Thanks for the comment. EQ settings will really depend on your personal taste. I fade my personal system to the back 2 ticks, bass up 1 or 2, mids up 5 or 6, then highs up 6 to 8 notches. In my narrow body scat, I have replaced the rear deck 6x9s and have a L7 sub box with aftermarket amp to both 6x9s. Depending on how your system is you may find that fading to the front a couple notches might sound better. I have not done the sub and amp in my widebody scat yet. Should be able to film that as a separate vide here shortly so stay tuned.

Thanks for the comment. I just tapped the power for the middle speaker from the front right channel. It worked well and provided great sound. I figured it was best to keep the driver side speaker at full power. Even just swapping the two speakers with these kickers will increase the music highs.
