This was an epic disaster from the beginning. A lot of wasted time and effort. I would hope that the civil engineer or project manager was asked to explain their decisions. It is all just covered up

5000 thousand truck loads of sand , 50 bulldozers, 20 scrapper, 200 pumps 20 boats, months of work and it still leaks . try rocks , not sand.

Still, if you look at the beginning of the video and the end of it, nothing changes. I guess for you guys, the word "experts" has a different meaning. We would call these experts, his "The Gang that Couldn't Shoot Straight".

My only question today is why does the big excavator on the left hand side pick up a load in hos bucket and then swing a full 180 degress to deposit the load on the hill and then the dozer just pushes it back down the hill? Its all just wet mud and doesn't serve any purpose. Just drop the load in the river. More efficient... 😮😮😅😮

I see a lot of man power doing very little. Seen one sitting on the bank But probably man power is cheap. The machine operators seem to be working pretty hard.

This particular civil engineering project is not exactly making Cambodias engineers look too good. Enjoyable video to watch though. Hope they get to seal things up eventually.

My guess is they are trying to fix a leak. probably used the wrong material in the base, probably two rocky like letting the water through.

They have been pumping the water and it’s still at the same level.the water is coming in as fast as they are pumping it

Thinking exactly the same here watching in Shropshire. When watching Chris / Lets Dig 18 -Dirt Perfect Andrew Camarata and the other usual crews whenever they make ponds or make repairs to pond dam walls they always put a step/trench of good clay well compacted with a sheeps foot roller or heavy duty vibrating roller I haven't seen anything like that done on this job.

Isn't this taking of the sand fill from inside going to make the sand road cave on? You need rock on inside amd outside the roadway

What is the purpose of building a road out sand, then excavating it, and then filling it innagain with more sand? All the sand that is pushed into the water is just dissolving ontonthe depths of the deep water. You can see the sides of the road collapsing. A very confusing job

Nice to see a decent dozer being used. At 41.00 minutes in one tipper driver did his job right😁 The driver of the orange dozers nick name is never sweat I think.

I have really enjoyed following this project I haven't always quite understood the aim or practices sometimes but thoroughly have enjoyed it so far. Your drone/camera close up work is also getting much better well done. Keep up the good work best wishes from England.

Finally these people have thought about it and oh wonder, now large stones are being used. They should have done that a long time ago but this builder has no idea about his job. To be honest, I wouldn't let this man onto my building sites. Oh sorry, but he is allowed to clean the toilets but nothing more.
