Watching this video is reminiscent of someone filling a sewer pit in the early '70s when there were no environmental regulations. It's not surprising to witness such occurrences still happening in 2024 in some parts of the world. For a proper job, one would really need something the size of a Caterpillar D7 or a D10 with a large blade.
