I wish my local market had this. Maybe I could request it. Tried to get patoli, but they couldn't find a source. We have choris in the styles made in many countries here. Some are spicy, and some are very mild. Portuguese make some back east, but it's not very spicy.

I grew up near Crawford Market and went to school at Bharda New High School. Cafe Excelsior is very close to our school but I do not recall visiting the place. When I saw this video my main concern is hygiene. Bombay has too many insects, namely house flies. None of the restaurant have "bug" screen and airlock to keep bugs away. Should not it be required?

Hello Abbey I catch your drift 👍 however I did not come across any hygiene issues as you would have noticed in this video the cafe was squeaky clean. If there were any hygiene issues I would have pointed out at the very beginning as you would have seen in my other vlogs as well. So fret not my friend and do give it a try and let me know your food experience here 😊🙏
