Hello to Sweden! 😊 When the weather is cold enough, your feet don’t get wet. Without shoes, the muscles in the soles of your feet get a different kind of "workout." My toes often get cold, but after walking in woolen socks, my feet feel pleasantly warm. Maybe it improves circulation, but I’m not sure 😊. It’s worth trying! At first, you can start with a short walk, as your feet might feel sore at the beginning 😊.

@TiinanASMR perfect, yes in Finland it is very cold I imagine. You're right, in the snow, ski pants are often your salvation. I wasn't hearing them in the video so i thought you were without ski pants, so it surprised me

i love this! my grandma’s family moved to the US from Finland when she was a baby, but a lot of the traditions didn’t get passed down so i’ve been trying to connect more to it. of what my grandma has taught me, my favorite thing i’ve learned was about the idea of “sisu”

If I understood correctly, I use a shoe spoon when putting on shoes 😊
