Salamun alaykum, as you said jinns and ins are contrasted to each other, but they are also tied together and connected in a sense. I dont see them as different species but as two major aspects of one creation - the creation Allah swt adresses in the Quran, the human, al-bashar. Ins is referring to al-bashar as a social and outward being whereas jinn depicts the internal world if human psyche. In fact, the description of their creation from smokeless fire aka energy is fitting pretty much the processes in our brain. Also the jinn are supposed to travel around in the skies, which is most likely an analogy for humans mind whereas the earth is resembling humans body. And the two seas, bahrain, could refer either to the conscious and the subconscious mind or to the two hemispheres of our brain - notice even the similarity between the words brain and bahrain. And the meeting point of course is somewhere in the middle, for example the pineal glande, when analytical and intuitive mind are perfect in balance - the place where truth seems to be understood. I am not against your approach to detect all these phenomena in the outet world, but in my opinion first and foremost they have to be recognized and solved within ourselfes. The verse taken in context is completely in a situation where Allah is describing the past tense, talking about a situation in which a messenger comes to the former peoples and they deny. To have an anomolous imperative here just cannot fit the context whatsoever; another proof against the lie we are told that God sent more than one Quran.

Regarding swine if is it literally or metaphorical - you need to see how quran use the verbs كُن and كُونُو. The verb كُن is always used in the context of creation, decree and commands. On the other side the verb كُونُو is used to portrait the change of mind to the specific state.
