This decision needs to be MUCH more basic than all of this nonsense detail specific to LBJ. It needs to be "you have a right to do whatever you want with your body" in terms of using it/showing it. it just needs to be law that the tattoo can't limit that for anyone ever. Of course if the tattoo was infringing in the first place, that's a different problem and one for the tattoo artist. It simply cannot matter if you were famous before the tattoo or only got famous after. This decision is much too narrow.

Any activity that an employee preforms to benefit the employer is work. Why would an employee stand in line for 15 minuets to check out or in a tool at the start or end of their work shift for free? They wouldn't.

5:43 This is not true with copilot and the github lawsuit, copilot spits out the exact copy of the programmers work. This is because there are in those cases an optimal solution to a problem. Where with art you can alter it and claim it is not similar anymore. A.I. is designed primarily to skirt copyright law and obfuscate copyright by "washing" content of it's copyright. Similar to bitcoin tumbling. So it is hard for other creators to win lawsuits unless laws are changed.

Great video! Can you please however define "one request PER year"? I'm asking because some DOL employees are erroneously changing it to once WITHIN a year. The issue with that is it changes the entire context. Something can be held in March 5th of 2022 and THEN January 1st of 2023, THAT would still be in compliance with once PER (each) year. To change it to "within" would make the event March 5th of 2022 and then again March 6th of 2023. Once PER year is once ANYTIME in 2022 and once ANYTIME in 2023!
