1 scoop is not $10 and thankfully so. 😁 1 scoop 25 Kroner = $3.5 2 scoops 40 kr. = $5.6 3 scoops 48 kr. = $6.8

Your 59 Danish kroner (crown) hotdog is not $10, but $8.3, and be aware that the value of kroner (crowns) differ from country to country in Scandinavia, so 100 Norwegian crowns = 64 Danish Crowns or $9.
@agffans57259 күн бұрын
You got robbed btw. The average price for a hotdog in Denmark (or at least here in the 2nd largest city) is between 35 kroner ($4.9) for a red boiled hotdog with the same toppings, or 38 kroner = $5.4 for the roasted bacon wrapped one that you got.

it costs to buy food in Denmark because we pay a salary you can live on.. you could also choose to do that where you come from. and make people happy
@Galantus196416 күн бұрын
You pay for top of the pop organic ingredients almost anywhere , that's why you have to pay more than in most other countries... but you are clearly not into "Denmark" nothing but bitching, too expensive, doesnt taste good, and besides ,the now nonexistent " pusher street" Christiania is a super well run commune, with alot of nice places to eat, alot of it vegan ...
@Prokrastina17 күн бұрын
Denmark is indeed expensive, though some of your conversions are off so not that expensive! ;)

Im glad you saw the 16th century version of the stock exchange, it burned down this summer, but shall be rebuilt to as close as possible, they saved a lot of the interiors, a national tragedy

Haven't been here since 1981! It's so beautiful to see the multi-coloured buidings. When I first saw Copenhagen, I liked to think the people mutually agreed on who was going to paint each building a certain shade so that the full effect would be..this! Maybe it was just the light, but the effect looked lovelier than in, say, Amsterdam or wherever. On my military tour, we active-duty folks were prohibited from even seeking out the "Green-Light District." 🤣🤣 Being TOTALLY ignorant of everything...I just wanted to the little mermaid I'd seen in my...recently-closed-forever...school books...
@Galantus196416 күн бұрын
the colour painting was so the drunken sailors could find their home, bc back then street lights were not that prominent ..and btw HC andersen our famous writer lived for a while in on of them ..

@@Galantus1964 Now THAT is brilliant! Would that we all did this in our various neighbourhoods! For what do we really have now? We still have drunks, but now we've added to our electric bills. And the light pollution! OMG! I've had to endure so many places wherein I couldn't see the stars at night. Let's paint all the buildings like these, turn off the electric lights at night, and teach the drunks how to navigate using the stars (and StarLiinks...?)🤣

Lovely video- great camera work! We’re leaving next week for 13 days looping the southern coast of Ireland and can’t wait! We did the northern loop last trip. We see you stayed in Bushmills- the people there were the BEST! Luck to you on your KZbin journey🙂❤

We are going to Ireland in Oct 2024 and you gave us an idea on where to explore. But the problem is I have never driven a right hand side of the wheel. Maybe we will just take the tour bus that limits our adventure. Thanks

Next time visit spring or fall, either is great since it's not hot or as crowded (When was this filmed, winter?) and it's oyster season. Meet some locals, buy them a few drinks, then ask them to have you over for an oyster roast and lowcountry boil. Nothing beats an old fashioned lowcountry oyster roast in the back yard, especially if they have a beach house or live on a creek. A lowcountry boil is the lowcountry version of a New England clambake. It's new potatoes (the smallish red round ones) corn on the cob, Polish kielbasa or sausage, and shrimp, boiled with lots of Old Bay. Some people throw in lemons and/or blue crabs. Beach houses are cheaper off season to rent. Rather than a hotel go on Airbnb or call a realtor on Folly Beach and rent a house and stay for a week.
