Do you serve it as soon as you're done building it? You haven't mentioned this salad has to rest for at least a couple of hours in a fridge, you really can feel the difference in taste.

Though you mention LIQUID smoke t a teaspoon or two the videao does not show you using it. I would have thought that the addition of LIQUID SMOKE would have given the finished product at least a little colour. I have used a very similar method with SKINLESS PORK LOIN and it certainly gave that some 'colour' Though admittedly with the pork it was incorporated into a SAL BASED RUB [along with dried HERBS and SPICES ] By the way what exactly IS TURKEY TENDER:LOIN?? Is it just an Amwerican 'thing?. As far as I'm concerned TENDERLOIN is a PORK CUT sometimes referred to as PORK UNDERCUT FILLET

Thanks for sharing! Excuse me can you use the beeswax with carbon metal molds or it has to be copper? And also, I've made them with butter instead of beeswax and they turn out delicious but loose the crispiness in a few hours do the beeswax prevents that?😮
@ChefonaBoat
@ChefonaBoat Жыл бұрын
Yes, I’ve used the beeswax/butter with other metal molds. The beeswax, while not necessary, does help to keep them crisp longer.

В России это традиционный новогодний (рождественский) салат. Особую популярность получил в советское время в России, Украине и Белоруссии. Этот салат готовят за сутки до нового года и хранят в холодильнике, что бы он постоял и хорошо пропитался.
