I'm Not even so sure myself. But some of the info i get this happend because you download this game on two platform e.g. mobile phone, PC, etc using the same username. To fix this you must delete this game on One of your platform. This problems should resolved. If Not try contact netmarble for assitants. Hope this help.

first you need to chose kamen rider cyclone and joker in w fang joker selection screen. During the game you can call out cyclone by pressing L then press circle. if you do this right then you can call cyclone. however it will cause you 1 power bar. hope this help. before I forget this only work in first type control panel and I'm not sure how to use it for second type control panel. bye
