is it common to keep the TADS pointed away from the flight path vector? I'm assuming this is done so you don't damage it if you collide with something mid air? seems like this is only for fast speed low alt flying.

In my case it was the result of the builder using the wrong timing block tool to set the timing. I got the correct tool, opened the head back up, set the timing and all was well afterwards. Thankfully the timing wasn’t dramatically off, so my new pistons and cylinders were basically unharmed.

To have a Saab, you really had to understand how to maintain the spherical you it's in the scandanavia it's very cold temperatures but they put the fuse boxes and a lot of things in the right place but they realize it requires it requires the same amount of Maintenance to run it as a Piper Cub, that's what you have to understand about a Saab and it's a little more difficult if you come from a different temperature area to managing handle the Saab but they put one thing as hell about it they put the fuse boxes in the right place and they're Aerospace division is absolutely of breath of fresh air

Trying to explain the Helmand desert and how it just stops and makes a line is so hard to explain. How large and abrupt it just ends/starts. This is a good point of view. In the spring time it's green on the northern half then just red instantly. So weird and pretty at the same time. I really wonder what causes that. Not much data on it.

The builder that assembled the block and top end used the wrong block tool for timing. I had to pull it back apart and re-time it with the correct timing block tool. It ran without issues afterwards for another 100k miles before I sold it

@@rmt5820 It’s been awhile and I don’t remember which is which, but there are two timing blocks for that engine: one is blue and one is gold. Hope that helps :)

what I like is the extraterrestial feeling, the not knowing the scale of what you're looking at, because you're used to seeing something like trees or something to get a sense of the scale of the landscape you're observing, here, other than the farms and roads and buildings you see here and there, there's really nothing that can tell you how big what you're looking at actually is

I fly an apache in virtual reality with the whole stick/collective and pedals. It will NEVER be the same as real life BUT I'm just a wee bit closer to the experience. Thanks for your service tons of love from all of us here.

@@xymoriintus To flex. Some virtual simulator gamers always think they're hotshots and can do the real thing. I play sim games, but I'm fully aware it isn't even close to the real thing, nor could I do it just because I did it in a game.
