Hey, people can simple route audio into a daw for recording and it still qualifies as a dawless set. However if you want to be recording on outboard gear there’s plenty of options. To list a few. 1. Using an audio adapter (type c or lighting) you can route audio into your phone and record that way 2. You can run a line input into a field recorder 3. You can potentially record with one of your devices. In this case if the master is coming out of the “mpc one” you could record using that. 4. Some mixers have record capabilities, if you have an “mpc” id look into the “tascam” ones with usb functionality.

By "dawless" - I meant that all the sounds came from my gear, mostly the digitakt and the mc707 did bits. It was recorded in cubase , which is a daw.......but I've been getting away with it so far 😉
