This is so relatable Rubab. I never thought that what I do feel anyone else is feeling same for their kids. I do feel anxious and nostalgic many times a day that what a lovely time it was in our childhood. But then I collect bits and pieces in my self and try to understand the TRUTH. So to tackle these emotions I have only two mantras- 1. Only Change is constant so do your best no matter whatever the situation is 2. Go with the flow It really helps😊 Btw wonderful episode it is❤
