Whoever decided to put the kitchen in a whole different room killed it for me. I know most ppl enjoy their kitchen hidden so the chefs cannot be seen but I like the open concept kitchen only.

Noticed 2 things that detract from this video... The children "toys" right at the front door... first thing you see? 😔 The toilet in MBTH had the seat showing! Big PET PEEVE of mine! 😠 Also I think I would have had the nursery and playroom swapped, makes more sense ro have the nursery closer to MBR! 🤔 Other than that, apt. seems cozy, comfortable and has nice views of Madison Park. 🤗

Just viewed an apt. Gorgeous building. Highest quality fixtures, woods, and paints. Exquisite detail. Top notch common spaces. But the gym is a joke, compared with Equinox and the like. No building gyms are very good. Exceptional building in every way. Not sure I myself need anything that nice.

What's the room at 0:53 suppose to be? It looks like an enclosed terrace or something.

Pity about the lack of balcony. Your basically holed up in a guilted cage. The view is ok.

That entryway was interesting. Was there really a wine fridge across from the elevators? Looks like a private entrance.

Well, you don't have to invest in a lightplan cause there's a nice billboard for you 24/7. So that's really great. There's no outside, but hey, you can look at a couple of trees in a park so that saves you on wallpaper. And it comes with a free 2 year old television, great! But there's no place for my bbq or a shed to sit wih my buddies. I'm skipping on this one and continue living in my 50K cabin in the woods thinking why there are so many insane people in the world..

I saw an apartment that has amazing view like thats for $600k ... and the HOA is $5000/month .... I don't understand why HOA will be that expensive and why the apartment is so cheap in Manhattan .. anyone have a clue how that can be???
