even if master roshi is a bit awkward at times (especially with women), he's one of the sickest fighters in DB! Not with his power level, but with wisdom of his age. When it comes down to it he is one of the most serious opponents you can face off

considering frost is probably at around 2 million power level in his final form, master roshi truly is one of the strongest human on this series other than krilin to be able to take him on solo like that, remember that krilin died on frieza's weaker 3rd form before and he couldn't even see him move, vegeta even asked him politely to retire instead of usually calling people shameful like he usually did(mostly to gohan) out of respect of roshi and he's a human nonetheless not a saiyan, lastly, if even beerus acknowledged his effort instead of berating him of failing that means he's no pushover either

Frost final form in the Universe 6 vs Universe 7 fight is stronger than Frieza final form when he came to Earth. Now final form Frost is at ssj level we don’t know how strong Frieza final form is.
