You know what I like best about Uboa? It’s not because she expresses her traumas through beautiful yet bone chilling soundscapes, in-your-face glitchy noise stabs, occasional sobbing and blood curdling screams, it’s because she knows how to push the boundaries of music. I showed the origin of my depression to a friend of mine and he said something interesting, he said it makes you wonder what the definition of music really is. That’s the goal of noise music, unfortunately it’s something other noise artists have only done half assed. But Uboa is able to have you question what you know about music and demolishes the limits. I hope she continues to do that.

Anyone else getting 'Velvet Underground Live at Max's' vibes? So cool boys! Love it.

Incredible performance, the audio quality is incredible, the softer moments are just as haunting, and the loud bombastic moments just as stressful. I'm most impressed by how authentic the vocals sound the whole way through, and the shrieking sounds just as desperate as on the album. I'm incredibly jealous of everyone in the audience. Keep up the amazing work!
