Good to know and been to all 3 cities and I like Sofia and Varan the most for nomadic life. Internet wise also best in those two cities comparing Bansko.

I live in Milan and unfortunately, men don't wear those shoes. Here in Europe most men wear comfortable loafers, boots and plain color sneakers.

Very good review. I also wear the same style of shoes. About the sandals, I am a flip flop fanatic and I have all types and models of sandals and flip flops. Birkenstocks are super comfortable for walking and strolling, but to have them in contact with water, swimming pools, beaches, showers, ... in my experience I don't recommend them. So, for this type of environment, if you don't like to wear conventional flip-flops, what other type do you use? Have you ever tried or used flip-flops slides? for example adidas adilette or a similar model. I highly recommend these models.

If you take 20 minutes to discuss shoes, I wonder by which week will you be done with the rest of your apparel before you start heading out to the airport.
@wosamosman98147 ай бұрын
Let me guess you go to the airport in a wifebeater , shorts and flip-flops 😂😂😂.

Got a discount for the application fee when you apply as a couple. We loved our year there as Mauritians 🇲🇺 (so you’re right, it’s not just for USA, UK, EU).

The people trying to sell you something don't mind if you ignore them. They are looking for the people that will buy. So don't worry about being too nice to them. It's actually not doing them any favors.

If you work your legs, you might want to size up. I’m usually a small but with the liner I’m a size medium because the liner is just too tight.
@Jon-hb6gx Жыл бұрын
That's why many go linerless - choose a separate liner and get the perfect fit shorts as well

Liners suck, you have to launder more often. Underwear are easier to launder and if you get the liner less means you can wear it more times

Overpriced..too small..too old..and made to milk foreigners who don't know any better. For $1k a month you could rent a 3br/2ba home that is practically brand new and just a few minutes outside the tourist areas if you do your research or call local realtors. The Zona Romantica offers the WORST rental prices in PV.

Disappointed in the meandering nature of the conversation rather than presenting a roadmap to getting Mexican residency for those interested. If getting residency is your interest, I’d look elsewhere. Nice people, nice conversation, but the title is incidental to the conversation.

Would love to have dinner with Abby! I am a nurse who has watched the K-12 system as my children went through it and thought “we are not teaching these kids what they need to be truly healthy”. Love love love this concept.

I love how this school kinda provides for all of my needs and it's almost as though it responded to my nagging thoughts about how broken and stupid the current system is. I also love how they won't ask for money at the beginning when you don't have any to give, but will ask for it only after you've gotten a job and can actually pay for it. I'm definitely gonna put this school in the top of my list, thank you for sharing.

Unless the bag is used as a smaller bag that is packed in luggage, and used when you get to your destination, I like something with a frame sheet to help with the weight and give the bag structure. For my daily EDC bag a GoRuck Herritage 21L fits the bill for me. It’s a little heavy and over built, but it’s not floppy when empty, and can take massive weight comfortably if I need it to. My travel “stowaway” pack is a Mystery Ranch In and Out pack that stows into it own pocket.
