As a public service announcement to everyone: Do not, under any circumstances, buy their flameless tall candles or their string lights, both priced at a whopping $3.50. The string lights did not work and they won't give you a refund, even though you can prove they don't work--apparently this is Dollarama's company policy. The flameless candles also did not work, but to add injury to insult, even though they would not light, they got so hot they burned my hand, and had I left the batteries in, they would have BURNED MY HOUSE DOWN. I brought them back, they would not refund, and I told them the least they could do is throw them in the garbage for me, because that's what they sold me: GARBAGE. A total waste of $7.00 for lights that don't work and that are also dangerous.

@@RANDOMLIFE459 That was the manager who told me there were no refunds even if the product in my hand, which I had bought just the evening before, can be shown to be defective and non-working.

@ yeah, unfortunately I think that’s the risk you take with it all. It’s just dollar store stuff It can be cute but if you have to throw it out, it’s just a couple bucks
