This is my current Roman Empire. I commented about how much I love the layered conceptual art on Reddit on top of the Ween cover itself. I can picture Rick Rubin trying to explain this song to Johnny Cash. And it’s wonderful. This style highlights different aspects of the song I never fully appreciated in the original. Bloody hell! Why no comments? This is a fantastic interpretation of the song Jimi Hendrix immortalised. Richard even has a similar vocal delivery. He fills in the gaps Jimi left out of his version, which he always insisted he found boring.

I tend to agree, but I am a little biased

This is AWFUL video quality and AWFUL sound quality, yet this performance gives me CHILLS. Fucking spectacular. So rarely does someone do a Dylan song justice, but Adams did far more than that. A perfect medium between staying true to the feel of the original song while updating it and while adding a unique spin. I gotta get that flac version. To anyone that already has it, is it much better quality? Like from the soundboard?

I like the rawness you bring to you Zevon covers, the two I saw. It's nice to see someone interpret them in their own way, instead of trying to mimic the originals. That said they still need some refinement from the time of recording, but as this video is about 10 months old I'm sure you've brought your guitar game up a couple notches as playing any song well is a mater of hours put in.
