Great video as always! One tip - don’t wash your noodles after cooking them. Throw them in the pot of tomatoes and garlic with half cup of the starchy pasta water. Also, if you put the garlic in in cold olive oil before you turn on the gas, it won’t burn as the oil will coat and protect it!
