the canopy is 7 1/2 feet high at level. The main pole is 9'3"

Hi there, just watched your video. Question about the canopy install: What’s the best way to ensure the canopy is draped around the umbrella before starting the install? Looks like the video skips, it’s in your hand one second then the next it’s around the entire umbrella?

You can have someone help you slip the canopy over the arms and just hook it anywhere to hold it up before you start the sequence shown in the video.

Our string broke yesterday after heavy umbrella usage for 6 years. I will call tomorrow to order a new string.

What ideas do you have to keep it from blowing over? I have one that has been given to me but no longer has the bottom part. It is rectangle shape. Where I live at the silly thing blows over even when it's not in use.

It is not one of our umbrellas so I am not sure. Our units can be bolted down to a deck or patio. Thanks

Mine doesn't wind down that easy. Already had to grease the crank. Helped some but still could operate easier

This umbrella is great, however, for a name of water canopy it is far from even water resistant. The first year and a few light sprinkles it was coming through the umbrella. We used about 6 cans of water repellent on it and it's better but nothing as you know will withstand a real heavy rain.
