Controlling people flow... Facial recognition... If you can not see the slippery slope you are on, then you are not part of the solution... I take it you can figure out what part you are on? These are not solutions that serve the people...

Good point about commercial angle but don't you think when you start up, most of the times you don't even know what your end product might be? Look at Amazon, Samsung, even Facebook for that matter. They didn't really know what they were out to sell eventually. However, it's the motto and ideology of the founders that makes the difference between Bankruptcy and IPO launch.
