I have only ever had one item come broke but clicked the return/refund button under my order and they refunded me the amount back and reordered it. I have been ordering from them since before they were all over youtube

@QueenD6627 yes girl absolutely and also you have 30 days from when u order to go back in that order and select price adjustment and if anything u ordered is cheaper now they will refund you the difference girl all the stuff I've recently got was free every time I get a notification for 100% refund back on my purchase I do it it max out at $50 so I get my order to 50 and the. I go each day for 7 days and claim the amount for that day and by day 7 it adds up to $50 in credit with them just finished my day 7 again so I'll be getting another notification soon to do it all over again. 🙂
