Hi MJ, May I know the average cost of studying accelerated nursing degree in usa? I’m looking for cheaper colleges (community colleges?) with any scholarship; I am 39 years old, Canadian citizen, pursued masters in Biotechnology and Masters in Public health in Canada and have been working in clinical trials for more than 11 years in canada but I am always fascinated about nursing; if you could let me know some community colleges in US that would offer accelerated bachelor nursing be great help!

I applied to the BSN spring 2024 semester, back when the application first opened. I guess within the coming days I should know if I got in or not. I got an email asking about proof of enrollment for two courses this semester, I took it as a good sign. My science cumulative gpa is 3.61 and my cumulative gpa is a 3.45. I transferred in from another another college so I’ve completed all my pre-reqs and then some. I just took the required cna course a few weeks ago and I’m holding off to get certified until I know for sure I’ll be accepted into the progra. I it’s no point in wasting money to be certified just incase I don’t get accepted. I’m praying for the best and keeping my fingers crossed for good news.

Yes yes yes to NCLEX Crusade! I graduate in a month and have been using his test taking strategies to wrap up my last bit of tests in Nursing school & my grades have sky rocketed. I wish they would thoroughly teach you test taking strategies DURING nursing school. I say to say, he is a god send. Ive sent my classmates his videos to start prepping for our exit and NCLEX so that we aren't cramming in all of this.

This video was very informative. Honestly what you talked about make so much sense. After talking to one of my classmate that recently took her nclex said the same thing you said as far as the exam in general. She said the nclex was different wasn't what she expected. She used uworld and also reviewed disease, disorder etc and none of that was on the exam. She said uworld barely helped her. Previously before talking to that particular classmate I also talk to other people who took their boards and from what I'm coming to realized everybody has something different to say. The only thing that coincide with everybody they all said they had a lot of SATA. But it does make a lot of sense everyone has a test particular made for that individual. Going back to my drawing board and approaching this nclex differently. Thank you.
