But you do, in hopes and good faith, 'they' see through the ridiculousness, and call it out, and follow the Legislation's that protectect's you and your families future, especially when you can't go back to your trade of 30 years, and only get a years wage compensation, and no training I literally can not believe the system, and how people are not being governed, or held accountable for not Governing or protecting the worker. So does work cover look after the worker, and over worker's compensation. Or does worker's compensation have the comptetance, I mean best interests of the injured worker at heart. It's high time Governments looked into the scandalous fees Lawyers charge. In 90% of cases they cannot be justified. You get charged for ridiculous items and even actions of office staff have fees attached to them. Many years ago, I was billed $30 extra for phoning the receptionist to ask what my visit cost that day, so that I could post a cheque. She wasn't at the work station when I left the office and I had to run in order to avoid a parking fine, so couldn't wait for her return. I flatly refused to pay the $30. It's highway robery. How Lawyers can charge hundreds of thousands and often millions for some cases is beyond comprehension. Something Needs to be done about it!

If your black you get the shaft. They tell you things like if you go in front of a certain judge you can walk away with nothing. You can be fired after 31 years of service by these pieces of shit you worked for. Then if you do get a settlement it's the lowest settlement possible. Crooked lawyers are almost always in kahoots with the insurance company. I believe they take clients money and split it amongst themselves. I plan to sue for malpractice. I already got the lawyer lined up and I can't wait to get even.
