Hey man this is an old video. I was still new to Screen Printing back then. The ghost image didn't effect the print, but I do use a haze remover now.

Very cool!!! Very very cool!!! Please tell me. I also use a VASTEX dryer. Could you tell me the number of heater temperature memory, heater height and conveyor belt speed when you dry the white T-shirt in the video? Does the white T-shirt dry without burning when the T-shirt is dried?

I line all the screens up as close as I can, tighten them down and then fine tune the registration with the micros. But yeah I can try make a video showing how I do it.

Hey! Yeah it's a Vastex D100 super cool little thing. We have upgraded to something bigger now but it was good for us when we were getting started.

Yeah It's Rutland plastisol print ready ink. Print flash print for all colours and no white base required.

I used Rutland Plastisol and did print flash print for each colour. Works great on dark garments although some colours are thicker than others.
