Four ESA animals are OK? At what point are you concerned about it being a safe sanitary situation? Have you considered that their feces can flow to another's backyard through rain, when it's not being picked up daily? You don't need four chickens..but it's OK if you have 4 similar dogs? What's the 3rd one doing that the other two aren't?

It amazes me how trainers from different companies always make the same mistake when presenting their product; First they waste time on cutesy conversations; Second and more importantly because they wasted time in the beginning they rush at the end and even in case like this video they use the wrong sentence to explain their movements on the screen.

I THINK IT'S DISGUSTING WHO EVER PASSED THIS LAW ON ANIMALS...AND ALL ANIMAL ACTIVISTS AND CARE CENTERS SHOULD BE FIGHTING THIS... I thought the bestest answer was to recommend the buyer seek attorney advice. This just confused me even more.I thought you were going to actually give an example of what type of buisness details would go in special provisions. Kind of disappointed in the video.😔

Many agents are KNOWINGLY using unlicensed personnel to do EVERYTHING related to the listing, buying process & hoping they don’t get caught. Today more than ever licensed agents are clueless of their state’s code of ethics.

As a renter I have the proper legal documents that qualify each of my support animals yet my landlord served me an eviction notice handwritten but saying I have 3 days to get out. I filed official complaints with both hud and my local housing authority. She is being terribly ugly causing my disabilities to be way worse even required an additional dose in a medication. This is ridiculous. I understand your side but laws are laws and I'm following mine.

Why is there no way to limit the time to get the appraisal on option 2? There should be a time limit. It's crazy to be waiting up to the closing day, only to find there's an appraisal issue. Sellers could be already moved out of the property to prepare for closing and then find the sale isn't going thru. There should be a time limit or at least a clause forfeiting some Earnest Money if the buyer terminates after a certain amount of time because of a low appraisal.

Me and my wife moved into this rental property a year and 8 months ago never had a problem never been late on rent nothing my wife moved in with an emotional support animal her small Chihuahua on December 12th we will sorry she went to her stepdad's and a stray dog had been there for 2 days pretty dog a solid white boxer about a year old and she did not plan on bringing her home but when she opened the door to her car the dog jumped in and laid down in the back seat like let's go home she brought her home I was giving it 5 days to find the original owner posted on local Facebook pages etc also called my doctor my mental health physician that I have been seeing for over a year and been seeing mental health physicians all my life I am now 30 years old so the landlord messaged me on the 17th of December and said I heard there was a dog in the house I said yes ma'am I said what I just explained but she is a well-behaved housebroken neutered dog and she has had all of her shots the vet verified that we ended up finding the original owners but they abandoned the dog due to financial struggles anyway I told my landlord that I was having my doctors get me a letter for her to be an emotional support animal for me and I have the letter from my license healthcare provider in the county we live in not something you print off Amazon she said no this is absolutely not allowed we will not tolerate it we made an exception for your wife we will not make an exception for you said you can take the dog to the pound or face notice I thought my lawyer supposed to make a reasonable accommodations and you cannot deny an emotional support animal also charged us a $250 pet deposit for my wife's ESA and also says that November 1st they did not renew the lease they just came and gave us a copy of the new lease that they didn't sign their end told me this on December 28th when we were served the least termination because of a stray dog that is a legitimate documented emotional support animal but told me that I don't have one and we have to the 31st of January to find a place to go and get out and she says she does not have to take us to court to evict us the only 31st a sheriff will be there to escort us off the property and we will not be allowed to our properties which is also illegal we are in North Carolina if anybody has any advice or dealt with this before all we want to do is finish out our remaining 6 months of our lease and go our separate ways that gives us time to find a place I own a lawn care business I have too much equipment I can't just move anywhere I have to be sure it's somewhere that is safe for my stuff isn't going to get stolen apartment complexes are out of the question it's one heck of a way to start off the new year I have filed a complaint with HUD they are speeding up the investigation due to the timeliness of the matter she is in the wrong every way you look at it then she wants to say that I lied on my original application where it asked about felonies it says have you ever been convicted of a felony she knows I have we gave her my whole criminal background check I have one felony it doesn't say anything about any other charges or misdemeanors she says I lied on the application because I said I was a felon and that's it no it doesn't ask about misdemeanors she's just trying to throw out anything she can and bully us and you scare tactics to try to get us out by the 31st they've been doing this for 20 years they don't have to file a court order to get us out yeah you do or that is self-help methods and that's not going to go over too well but I pray she does try that because I will shoot for nothing less but owning that whole property which is a single home rental but they own four she has been completely unreasonable and not willing to negotiate I even offered on the 28th to take the dog to the pound if we could still stay she said no but that's the problem so I'm trying to fix the minor issue advice would be lovely

@TexasRealtors, agents often see the statement that the first day of the option period is the day after execution to mean just that, the OP begins the day after execution. For counting purposes, it helps to think of counting the days to start the day after, true, however, I think you should clarify that the 1st 24 hour period concludes the day after execution. Some agents believe there is some sort of option period free zone between contract execution and the day after.
