Excellent demonstration. I believe 2 points should also be mentioned: at least one of the pulleys MUST have been crowned. And related to this, belt tension needs to be high enough to always sufficiently force the belt against the pulley crown. In this conveyor, probably the drive pulley is crowned which makes sense (and is usually done) since belt tension is highest where the loaded belt enters the drive pulley.

Porque no le das la vuelta a la correa para ver la parte inferior? Quedó mal ,seguro que se rasgó aún poniendo cola en un solo lado de los tejidos pero había mucha cola y se rasga a unos 7 milímetros.En los tejidos no se da cola en los tejidos se limpia la brocha y es suficiente ,por cierto un consejo utiliza banda de silicona arriba y debajo amortiguara y se amoldara mejor al empalme y no ensuciaras de cola las placas de la prensa un saludo

Cuánto tiempo se espera para poder trabajar la banda tiempo para el enfriado después de la prensa? Y tiempo pa poder darle tensión? Gracias.

@@miguelfuentes9644 el tiempo para poder tensar la correa si tiene que trabajar antes de las 24 horas habría que doblar casi el tiempo de prensa y sacarla de prensa a temperatura ambiente no se recomienda tensar antes de las 3 horas por mucho que ese tipo de unión sea una soldadura y no un pegado pues el componente que se usa no es cola solemos decir cola pero en realidad es ácido con una disolución de poliamida al meterla en prensa con temperatura lo único que hacemos es reducir el tiempo pero solo con presión 24 en frío también soldaria.por cierto que el tiempo que pone de 10 minutos creo es insuficiente sé que esas prendas suben rápido pero los 10 minutos se tendrían que contar a partir de qué la prensa tenga al menos los 100 grados.un saludo
