I usually cook them at 400f for about an hr. Skin side up to start with, and after about 20 mins check the pan for excess water, and pour any off (save it). But lately I've been going hotter at 425f. But only bc when I grill them, I usually go 4-500F and they come out super crispy. So much better than fried.

@@angelagreen9645 Its basically the same as shown in this video. Don't really worry about the time, just keep going until they crispy like you like. I forgot to add that about 40 mins through, I check the side on the bottom, as they usually brown up real good, and then flip them.
