did you let the dough have enough rest each time ? do you have the picture to take a look?

The dough was refrigerated over night. After I molded the dough then freeze over night. I took the dough out from freezer and put the baking beans inside the crush with parchment paper and to a preheated 400 oven. It shrunk about an inch.

@@candacetam1286 seems you do it every step correctly . The crush will shrink a little bit usually, shrunk an inch would be a little too much ... I told exactly what I did here...

Thank you for watching the entire video and you notied the details. I am very appreciated. I actually forgot to add the egg white . Egg white should be mixed with egg yolk, before mixing with sugar .
