Hi Rob. Is this still active / maintained? To get the book and topology files / initial configurations (only) what is the best option? The "All Access Pass" says you get "access to workbooks, Video on Demand for workbooks, topology and configuration". Why would you then need to purchase the Workbook by itself? Thanks

Hey Rob, Did you ever finish this lab up yet for ENCORE/ENARSI? I just did this with my IP information but I wanted to see what you end up doing for the sites: R2 has Internet access on port g0/3 & MPLS access on port 0/4 - What did you end up doing for the routing?

Do we need to enable all features in leaf and spine nodes manually or directly using NDFC it will push , as i am getting some errors while doing "recalculate and deploy". After enabling all features manually in switches now the second issue i am facing is it is giving error for peer-switch

I wonder if the domain-ID not propagating was the result of the lab devices. Using CML 4 years later the domain-id works fine.

Serious Question: Seeing as how the AI systems are doing so much is it worthing getting a CCNA CERT or any Certificate in the network field of study? I was discouraged due to the AI systems. I drive trucks & would really like to get out of this dead end job & get into Networking... Am I too late? Also what would be the best certification to study for for a newbie but keep in mind i need to make real adult money to start?

hello @Rob, I follow all the steps which mention above but when I open eve ng GUI and try to add sdwan device it didn' t show viptela nodes . other routers are showing.

I'm still not sure I understand the App and Service network and how they interact with my environment. Are this used in the fabics somehow or only within the nd cluster over tunnels or something?

When I upload image to device it shows an error: username and password incorrect. I tried to give command ip ftp username “” and password but still shows the same error. Am I using wrong username and password?

Hey, this is not Service NAT VPN, this is DIA, I mean you are natting the LAN to the underlay (transport IPs), not in the overlay (i want to nat the inner packets before it enters the sdwan tunnel).

How you setup lab in eve-ng? Is it on cloud or what are specifcation of your machine? RAM and etc.

I know this is really late- but maybe this can help someone. If you had issues with this and it's because you don't have the .iso, but you have the qcow2 file, here is how to do it, it's simple. Create the directory whatever the version you have in /opt/unetlab/addons/qemu/"directoryname" Filezilla the qcow2 file to that directory. Run the HDD creation command as shown (not sure if you actually have to do this or not, but can't hurt) Run the fix permissions command /opt/unetlab/wrappers/unl_wrapper -a fixpermissions Test and try out!

I've had horrible time with evc, bdomain and l2 vpn in general for a long time. Since i have the understanding of enterprise network and i thought i knew enough, until i faced l2vpns but your content helped me a lot. Thank you so much Rob ! Would love to see your content about servers and how all different enterprise networks, Tele companies and etc.. are connected to the company's server where they all get monitored. And, some content about optical network or wavelength.
