I have the 250 es with reverse with shaft drive I need a new clutch for it !!! where do I find one. since I got it 6 yrs ago I put 60,000km on it far and I think it is the centrufugal clutch might be giving out now. when I shut down it sounds like something spinning the ca chunk !!! but if run's fine and still takes off like a rocket !!!
@mrcbuilds5 сағат бұрын
The spinning clunk is the 1 way bearing. Shindy make one, you can find it on ebay. I would replace the clutch pack disc and steels while yout there.

I can say living and working outside in Florida will either make you or break you when it comes to the heat, and anything to knock it down is better than nothing, because if your outside working for a living, your gonna have sweat bullets running off of you literally on 100 degree+ days with 80-90 percent humidity. I think that it's interesting that you mentioned that the 350X engine has the same foot print as the 250x engine, and that would make for an awesome engine swap. I do see a 250x from time to time for sale . I remember when they were fairly new, but I didn't see as many of them as I did the 300 ex. You did a great job of bringing back the 250x it's a pretty neat machine.

Nice review. I'm down to 4 three wheelers from 7 but I've bounced back pretty quickly from the separation. Probably sell a few four wheel drives after the summer is over, along with a nice side by side. Got a core group to hold on to but I run across machines of interest every week, so who knows what the future brings? I enjoy your work very much and wish you and yours the very best.

You covered plenty of ground last night, good show. I picked up two Kawasaki Mule 610's and was stripping a bench seat down to the pan on my tailgate till dark. At 7am I'm repairing the foam, now that it's dry, to prep for the large cover install. The first one is sold and the second has a busted nose from a fight with a tree. When it's done, I'll sell my Prowler and a couple more machines just to change things up. The Mule fits in the back of my truck and the Prowler does not, hence my decision. My best to you sir, got to go and finish the seat and hop on my lawn tractor and give it hell.

You got that Suzuki four wheeler for free so why wouldn't it be worth spending 250 or $300 on gas tank if you had to? Second everything you tested worked. Electrical system, recoil rope, electric start and it had spark and it started and ran and not only ran but ran quiet so see Hondas are not the the only ones that are well made Suzuki made in Japan are also well made!! Watching all your videos I don't remember you testing any three or four wheeler Honda that everything worked like it did on that Suzuki!

Hi Anthony, it was a serious question to spur audience participation. Kind of what would you do kinda question. As for what killed this machine, a lot of little things, dead battery, dirty gas tank, stuck float, plugged jets. It became to hard to pull over for the PO. Then the horse eats the seat and well no one like a wet butt. Yes i will be fixing it up, right now waiting for brake lines which arnt made anymore. Thanks for watching.

@@mrcbuilds As always number one reason for watching your videos as you're very entertaining! I do pretty much the same thing you do except l do dirtbikes, occasionally 4 wheeler and I see a 3 wheeler maybe every 2 or 3 years once. 1970s 80s and 90s steel frames and carburetors! I don't like these new fuel injection fuel pump electronics sensors junk no back up kick start anymore. Kick start as it will always start there's no battery to drain or starter to stick or solenoid to go bad.
