I was recently at the gym doing cardio training. and there the device automatically shows the heart rate. And at a constant pace, my heart rate was 130. And after 15 - 20 minutes, a 20-year-old athletic girl in shorts started training next to me. I didn't change my pace and my heart rate increased to 160 :)
