I used to live in Jackson, and what I know is that, it's hard to help out because of the BLACK city planners. If you call to purchase old properties, you're met with unresponsive behavior. I asked about a property, received and received no help. I will try again, and hopefully I will be able to speak with someone who cares. My old neighborhood is really bad off. My old elementary school is closed and those in charge do not want anyone to take over the vacant building, which has been that way for years! It's really sad. I will keep trying, but it's not easy to make improvements in an area where the leaders are keeping the people in those conditions. I think the overall plan is to get it completely torn down so that they can run those who are left out, and remake it to the point poor people can't afford to live there any more. I used to live close to Amite. So, I know things once were, and even then, it was changing, but it wasnt this bad.

im italian and i can say that many places in southern italy look like naples. in my opinion i think sicily is more dangerous than naples particularly the neighbourhood ZEN which is near where im from.
