Bought a Boutique home. Ilve dishwasher broke down. I had to chase a part from Italy to fix it. After chasing Ilve for 6 months and getting nothing. I bought a Bosch made in Germany. Never again Ilve. Terrible experience with a family.

Boutique Homes: they take your money and leave you a house full of defects. Dont believe the positive reviews, theyve all been paid for by bh.

Please be careful in deciding who to build with. Boutique pay for their positive reviews, but what are they really like? We'd never build with Boutique again, nor recommend them to anyone. They've left us with ~$25,000 worth of defects they are refusing to fix. Bunch of shysters and highway robbers.
