Reggie Miller isn't overrated. He's a better 3 point shooter than Curry (most 3 points don't mean better)

And now kyrie is at Championship Finals. 2 completely just Iso players obviously won't work in the modern nba.

as an indiana native, and a season ticket holder through the 90’s, reggie miller is severely UNDERRATED. if jordan and the bulls weren’t owning the 90’s indiana would’ve had at least 1 maybe 2 rings by now.

The analytics is nice but one wouldn’t have to know basketball at all and see how different the game is. There are obviously good teams to stick to traditional common sense principles and those teams are always in the hunt. But with most teams, most nights you’ll see one line of defense and wide open lanes… because management want “StREtCH FiVEs”

The draft bust is on the team development. They need some good ast coaches scouts and a gm. I guarantee you the San Antonio Spurs would have developed at least have of those guys.

It makes me wonder why so many people respect Kobe Bryant even though his field goal percentage was so low and start talking about his "efficiency", when lebron james literally had 34% 3 point percentage and 50% field goal compared to Kobe's 44% from the field and 32% 3 pointer and Lakers fans still boo him and say "Kobe's better". It makes no sense. And Lebron James is supposed to be a small forward, not a shooting guard, who are supposed to have a higher three point percentage than small forwards. It makes no sense why he is so respected

Great video and as a Nugget and Jokic I agree. You did a good job not only presenting the stats, but digging deeper into the nuances of his game. Well done!!

Ima huge fan of T-Mac, I saw all of these series live on TV back then. I always thought his failures were due to injuries, poor coaching (if you’re aware that T-Mac struggles in the 4th, shouldn’t you run through Yao & other key players? Most championship teams have other guys that can step up and knock down shots when needed, most plays ran through McGrady much the same way it did w/ Westbrook), and his conditioning (he wasn’t always in shape & let alone did he push to be in the best condition as possible). We can sit and talk eras being a factor, the era was more defensive driven and fouls were harder but overall T-Mac had a hard time knowing when to make the next pass, which is ironic since he was a pretty solid guard too.

Reggie was the first of his kind. No one moved off ball how he did and he's literally the blueprint for all shooters today. You can't tell the NBA story without Reggie, and I'm a Knicks fan. I hated him!!!

We did have a solid team my Pacers always have a solid team good enough too compete for titles but always coming up short Jermaine O'Neal was overrated Paul George was overrated when he was here Victor Olidipo was overrated and now i think we are overrating Haliburton but Reggie Miller teams went to 6 conference finals in 10 years you have to respect that

As it turns out, Harden's career nosedived after this video was uploaded. If we examen recent rule changes, much of Harden's dominance was based on a unique interpretation of the rules that has since been rectified. While these changes have negatively affected several players, like Trae Young, they hit Harden worse, especially since he has had hamstring issues slowing him down as well. He's now a shell of his former self, so no more accolades are on the way as the main guy. I'd rank him 5th behind Drexler in a near tie with A.I.

Ewing Mattingly Lundqvist all loved by New Yorkers they performed at the highest levels Ewing and Lundqvist ESPECIALLY had no help. No award winners/top level players alongside them. Not everyone wins a ring, thats how team sports work and thats ok, their legacy is permanent.

The GREATEST Trio in Wilt Chamberlain, Jerry West, and Elgin Baylor couldn't win a Championship tells you that basketball is a young man's game with team effort. These stars wouldn't transform into role players; that isn't their mindset. LBJ was feeling himself too much after the Bubble Championship *.

Hand checking made the offense take longer to score. It slowed up the guard and by the time the guard starts a play 8 to 10 seconds is already off the shot clock... That's why when you get an offensive rebound the shot clock goes to 14 seconds so there can be more possessions created. If defense is allowed to be played it burns the shot clock. And, limits the number of possessions. Thereby, making scores relatively the same no matter how many 3s you take... as you can see every year in the playoffs.
