Currently a seasonal casual driver and on my 30 day. Trying my best to get a full time position. Just praying to God that there is one. I've impressed my on roads and my shop steward so far, so that's a plus! Gotta just keep grinding away

Love the Content Brother! I watched all the Day in the life videos. I can feel the struggle doing different routes everyday but I literally had the same attitude as you to keep me going everyday. I was a cover driver for 6 years before getting a good route(180-250 Resi Stops) plus UPS store @6. Keep Grinding Brother and you know we right back at it again tomorrow!

5's Aim high, get the big picture, keep your eyes moving, and leave yourself an out 10's Start at an intersection, left, right, left, count 1-2-3 after the vehicle ahead has started to move, follow the vehicle 4-6 seconds for speeds up to 30 mph, 6-8 seconds for speeds over 30 mph, and have an eye lead time of 8-12 seconds
