Wow, love this. That fast finger movement, made my jaw drop. How many years of devotion did it take you to get to this level. Did you go to music school? Love it none the less. Love from Holland

you have fingers and you know some jazz embellishments - but you have no sense of rhythm. That may sound hard, but if you didn't clickbait me with Brat's name, I would have never heard this.

Bro, let me be honest with you. Your arrangement is indeed impressive. But I'm not actually personally impressed, because it seems to me like you missed the point of Bossa Nova guitar, which is playing it in the same beat as percussive instruments. If you don't believe me, please look for "Toquinho" talking about "João Gilberto" 's influence.

Ok, I know that this is a jazz version of it, which means free tempo is cool and may sound good. But you might forgive my predispositioned ears trained as a Brazilian musician. É Brasil caralho

@@rodrigowfranco it’s an arrangement by Lucas Brar. I agree with you, It is untraditional. You might enjoy this other version I recorded. Let me know what you think. Wave (the way it was meant to be played) Tom Jobim kzbin.info/www/bejne/h4DPc4GJrcZ7ras

@@rodrigowfranco How can someone be so stupid. Talking a bad word to a gentleman as Michael for simply nothing. Thank you for the brilliant arrangement as always, Michael. Just don't listen to this sir, he probably listened to Girl from Ipanema one time in its school and now thinks he is João Gilberto II. This type of person makes me wonder that maybe Brazil really deserves all the shit music as Funk, Sertanejo Universitario,... Just enjoy good music, man. How can you not be impressed by this arrangement? If you are not impressed try to record it again and post...
