Saudações do sul do Brasil, atualmente Luiz Bonfá é um completo desconhecido para o público brasileiro, Tom Jobim e Ary Barroso seguem para o mesmo esquecimento, tamanho é lodo cultural em que o Brasil se encontra atualmente/Greetings from the south of Brazil, currently Luiz Bonfá is a complete unknown to the Brazilian public, Tom Jobim and Ary Barroso are heading towards the same oblivion, such is the cultural quagmire in which Brazil currently finds itself.

I am from Brazil and I loved the video. I noticed that the strings on your guitar are quite low. Could you tell me their height? Especially at the first fret of the guitar. Thanks!

Abdolutely love this! Those Brazilians know what they are/were doing. So many masters from there. You play these excellently. Music is the the thing, Abba to Zeppelin, but this style is amongst my favorite, hands down. Thanks

Finally a fingerstyle that tries to sound similar to the original! I’ve seen multiple covers and they incorporate slap-picking and other bells and whistles which aren’t in the original. It’s lovely

Where can I look to learn Bossa Nova guitar? I have a classical guitar background. Any websites or books?

I don’t have specific recommendations. The Brazilian guitar by Carlos Arana is pretty popular for the basic.
