I enjoy this any time of the day, day of the week, week of the month, or month of the year. The advertisements are what tie the whole thing together as well, like it's actually playing over the PA. A smart Splicer is a happy Splicer.

Well why not the population of Rapture comes from everywhere so it doesn't particularly shock me that there are cartiers with other musical styles from other countries and then if this idea is not to be ignored tastes I apologize, tell you that it's the fault of the contraband that Fontaine smuggled into Rapture.

What does the song mean? It's one of the themes of rapture, it seems to me to be a good thing, more specifically about bioshock 2.

Rapture Radio kind of reminds me of Galaxy News Radio from Fallout 3. Both BioShock and Fallout 3 are amazing because they are both eerie and action packed, while they also have a pretty descent taste in music.
