there's a engine that can make 4000hp and other parts you just need diamond star parts and red star parts they can increased more horsepower than the ordinary parts from the shop however due to the game got updated to power balance it would most likely the possibly 3000+ but i don't have the kind of engine and all diamond parts and the red one so im not sure about this information

The 10 speed in the 2022 makes a big difference if the cammed L99 is not running at least a 4000rpm stall converter in the cammed L99 it most likely is not going to work well then there's the compression ratio problem on the L99 10.3 to 1 vs 11.5 to 1 for the LT1 over a full point in compression makes a big difference in horsepower plus 200 pounds of extra weight with the 5th Gen
