It's really stunning that a company with industry-disrupting technology can't create a KZbin video that would be considered OK for an amateur. I think most elementary students could do better. The problem with this company is their abysmal communications. And they don't seem to understand it. No wonder the stock is trading for pennies. Who can take this company seriously with this kind of presentation. It's astonishingly bad.

I predict that every BEV automobile will have this next generation technology in the coming years to greatly save on costs and charging infrastructure.

Respectfully, please get competent assistance with your videos. Maybe mic your presenters and not have them compete with distracting, annoying background music. If you use a green screen you can display your Product, Partner’s logos, etc. ? Honestly, it looked like you were broadcasting from your basement. Also, It was Very Distracting trying to understand the presenters and glean any useful information. My opinion is that this presentation did not do justice to what appears to be an industry disrupting technology. Full Disclosure, I am an ongoing investor in Exro Technologies.

Management needs to be reminded -daily- by their shareholders that if they get large deals, they need to buy back the half billion shares that they dumped onto shareholder heads, and the quarter billion more shares theyre about to dump on our heads to get to cash flow positive. Nobody believes their fake projections anymore. Fooled us 100 times before, and shame on us for standing by them.

Over 100,000 employees and over $20B market cap…. - Exro is officially a Tier 1 supplier - Exro needs money as they have grossly missed their forecasted numbers from the “merger” documents. - the OEMs need Exro’s tech.

The most competent CFO Mr Bishop should answer to shareholders the goodwill attached to sea acquisition and how they justified buying a bankrupt company at inflated price and than not delivering on targets set as basis of acquisition!! 230M - "goodwill" paid for Sea by Exro, bailed out bankrupt company and been paying their bills since Q4 2023. Just admit there is no demand, and Sea is the only way for CD to any on road vehicles... Cell Driver no approved, no UL. No NDA's. Mislead, diluted and now forced in marriage. That is how early investors are treated. Sad I held on to shares, should have sold way before this circus started.

Keep hearing overwhelming response from industry but the financials from April 1,2024 reporting shows really no revenue for Q4, 2023. Hard to believe management of Exro on what they will deliver and if these merger targets are even real 😅

I’m down 85% in around one year and my dad also invested a considerable amount of his savings - I’m gutted as I suggested the co to him and feel guilty about losing his money. I will take the 10% of our initial stake which is all we have left and at least try to get to 25-50% of original stake in come 1-2 years. I don’t want to see it listen to Sûe anymore - they just seem to see this as jolly and have been richly rewarded for utter incompetence and failure to date.
