No idea whether its relevant or not, but there is a bilboard (near Protland it was? dont realy remember) with pyramids "The greatest mystery in history ... unveiled?" and there is a strange text on the back of it that reads "1 ON 21" or "1 CN 21"

Has anyone found any clues in old town??? The drowning woman clue “find the big seven” follow the sun. I’m wondering if there is a connection to the book, “The Big Seven: A faux Mystery “ by Jim Harrison. Old town is west of the statue “follow the sun” and the statue seen to be looking that direction. However, this also lines up with the location of the X-wing. Not sure if that is related or not. But wondering if there is a library or something related to “the big seven” in old town????

also, I first started this by finding the blind with the arrow, went there at night time and cut the tree down the arrow was pointing to... just before sunrise the sounds and light show started went uncon and I was teleported to an island 13875/7550 where I woke and the tape with the morse code was at my feet. The tree on that island appears to have islands carved into it (thought it was a map at first but figured out individual islands. followed the pointing arrow to another arrow 11222/7909 this one pointing east (I do think your south was the the right one) but looking east for another arrow I also remember early in playing deer isle another arrow somewhere on the ocean view island (spawn island)

What would be helpful is that when you spend all the time to find a keycard and get to the bunker and the door doesn't open after using the card, great fun!!!

I want to add that I found all the capital letters LIBRARY. Marked on the map and, following the sun from east to west, read this word. I have not yet figured out what the numbers on the tower mean 42, 17, 17, 11, 23, 11, 27, 92 (or 26?). But I found a small island with seven craters, then another island with a picture of a bear and a squirrel on the bark of an old tree. In addition, it is not clear how to decipher the octagon in the circle in front of Portland and where the note on the floor with lines PEM 5146/9144 leads. It seems to me that next to the note on the beach 13097/8255 there is a message in Braille and an X sign. I don’t know how to read it and where to look for X. I used to like this Deerisle map, but after your videos I completely fell in love. You can not only loot stupidly, but arrange a lot of interesting quests for the players. Thank you.

Dunno if it's been covered yet but if you follow the coastline to the north of the mil checkpoint, east of Eastbrook, you'll find a message written with sticks just inside the waterline. Tried to take ss's but the water made it hard. Says something like "# [][] key" ? No idea what it means.

The arrow with the braille spelling "blind", could that be referencing one of the two hunting stands, also known as "hunting blinds" to the south? One is the next island and is a little east and the other is almost completely south on the next island after that

Cptn_Black here. Use Alt 1, 2, and 3 for your modules on the mining head. While some people think they are a waste of time, I use gadgets as well for those pesky large stones over 5.5k.. Like things that are 8k which you might break with modules and a lot of skill. Anything under 20 percent Quantaneum is really not worth your time unless you have a cluster with several stones that will total the 32 SCU the you r ship can hold. When scanning, most things that dont show up until they are 4.5 k from your ship are likely crystals. I scan at an angle of 179-90 degrees. I scan on the moons of MT and on MT itself as well but the double rock rule does not apply there. I also mine in the Aaron Halo. THough the halo is different again in that a lot of the rocks will not scan... Sometimes 90% wont scan.. Sometimes 50%. Also rock size in the halo is limited to a max mass of 5122. Get one of those at 20% and you will leave material behind. I sometimes scan for an hour on either planets or halo.. but at 270K aUEC per full load.. I can bear the extra time looking. Im not in a race.. I of course have a few tips and tricks learned over the years. For your work the most common build is The Lancett MH-1 with Surge, Stampede and Brandt. Typiccally you would surge once, noting how high the power climbed.. then you would wait for the bar to get low enough to use it again but not pass the optimal window.. But for that 7k rock you would need to use gadgets or you cant stay in the optimal range long enough to crack the rock. The gadgets I would recommend are BoreMax. OptiMax, and Stalwart. You can place as many of these on the rock as you want and they are reusable till you destroy them (laser wont hurt them). But you absolutely can make mistakes while using multiple gadgets. Since it make overcharge happen very fast!. Look them up. read the descriptions . You can get them at Shubins in the commons at MT. Refineries sell them too. Many people dont like gadgets cause you have to leve the ship to place them on the rock and to retrieve them as well. I say it is immersive. To each their own. Good video.. gonna go mine. Also , I do believe that there are only seven of them and people say they spell the word "library" . This means that these are the big seven we are supposed to look for.
