You can't compare flat screen HDR to HDR in a VR headset. Flatscreen HDR400 is bullshit, because to get real HDR experience you need a minimum of 800nits peak brightness. But in a VR headset, even 400nits would seriously hurt your eyes.

You can have an ultra wide 32:9 workspace, but not sure about the multi-monitor support as we didn’t get to demo that there.

What other headset would you compare the fov?

It’s has the diopter adjustment, but if you don’t fit into that range they will have inserts you can get. Maybe they will be available once it launches.

They didn’t say what the FOV was. It didn’t feel as wide as some. It’s maybe middle of the pack.

@@411onTech thanks for this. It is hard to judge fov for sure if this was only a short presentation but if you had to compare it to another headset how did it feel, like a quest 3 maybe or less than that? Thank You.

Other youtubers have said it's slightly less than Q3 on the horizontal. This would make sense because the developer himself said that they wanted to prioritize binocular overlap over FoV, which for many (myself included) is ideal because more overlap means less eyestrain and a greater sense of depth in the 3D image. I personally notice a lack of depth in the Q3 because the optics sacrifice some overlap to squeeze out a tiny bit more width. If you'd rather a little more width in exchange for a little less overlap, the upcoming Play for Dream is likely a better choice.

Yes, the edges were completely sharp, no glare. As far as motion blur when anchored, we didn’t notice any, but we didn’t have them on that long. There is the “follow” mode though that is supposed to help with that as well. I believe you still need an adapter for PS5, but not sure on that as we didn’t ask.

This is a comparison of glasses. Viture only does 2D to 3D in software. There are other software that can do the same. You can also even use xreal one glasses and use Viture software.

They didn’t mention anything about stylus-support and we didn’t see any indication of it.

They didn’t mention estimated battery life, but it has a 55.5WHr battery in it. For comparison, The Steam Deck has 40WHr and the Steam Deck Oled has a 50WHr.

Im not to worried about the battery since I always play plugged in.

This M3 Pro doesn’t come with a fan, but the S3 Pro Super Strap does.

I’m pretty sure it should, because it’s supposed to work with halo and non-halo straps. We are about to get it though and do a review on it, so we’ll update you when we get it!

Not really. We can feel it a little still on the sides of our forehead, but that’s about it.
