It is said when Thyagarajaswami attended a music and dance performance of a small performing group and appreciated them, they requested him humbly to never again compose in Anandabhairavi Raga so in the future if question arises why such a famous composer didnt use such a popular Raga, this event will come to mind and the group will get a small recognition through Thyagarajaswami. That's why we don't have Thyagarajaswami compositions in this Raga except this.
