apparently there is only one album with this song called titania, but yoshikawa (creator of this song) also had his songs featured in the visual novel umineko no naku koro ni. (if you have patience, it's really worth playing, although the first ep is slow and boring, I recommend you read it so you don't get lost in the events)

I saw somewhere else that the minus in "-45" actually causes what's written after it to not be found, sounds like the most likely reason. Alternatively, I suggest typing BMS or Akito Yoshikawa next to the song's name in order to find it
